Wicked Lady is Rini Sheilds aka Sailor Chibi Moon. She was sitting on her swing one day in the palace when the Wiseman came. He started talking to her about how she was unloved. She belived him, and he changed her into Wicked Lady, or Black Lady as she is called in the manga.

Rini's real name is Serena but she likes to be called Rini. She is Serena aka Sailor Moon's daughter. She is 7 years old, and she lives in 30th century Crystal Tokyo, where her mom is Neo-Queen Serenity. She comes to 20th century Tokyo to find the Silver Crystal, so she can save her mom from the Negamoon people.

Wicked Lady is supposedly 16. She tries to help kill off Sailor Moon and the Scouts. In the end though, Sailor Moon changes into Neo-Queen Serenity and heals Wicked Lady. Sailor Moon always wins. I hate that.
